The Madam Lampshade 'Private Workshop' is a relaxed and creative workshop, designed for connection, conversation, and creating something beautifully unique for your home, in a private group setting with six of your favourite people.

The Details

  • Group size:  Six guests are required for private workshop bookings.
  • Price: $130 per person
  • Duration: Approximately 3+ hours
  • Venue: Save the Children - 8, Butler Blvd Butler (behind Rebel Sport).

Fabric Selection

Guests are asked to bring their own fabric selection to suit their personal style and home decor. Fabric guidelines and recommendations will be provided after booking confirmation.

How to Book

Private workshop bookings are arranged personally to ensure the experience feels seamless and thoughtfully organised for your group

To enquire, simply email:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Number of guests attending
  • Three preferred dates 

Once your preferred date is confirmed, a booking link will be provided so guests can finalise their payment individually.

💌 Booking & Cancellation Policy

Securing your seat
Full payment is required to confirm your place in a Madam Lampshade private workshop.

Cancellations by you

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop date: a partial refund will be issued, minus a $50 non-refundable admin fee. This fee is retained as your booking held the seat, which may have otherwise been offered to another guest.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date: the full workshop fee is non-refundable.
  • Non-attendance on the day without prior notice: no refund will be issued.

Date transfers
We understand that plans change. One complimentary date transfer is available per group if requested at least 14 days before your booked workshop. Transfers are subject to date availability and cannot be carried over indefinitely. If a guest is unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to a friend, please notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop date by emailing hello@madamlampshade.com.au

Cancellations by Madam Lampshade
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances - such as instructor illness, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control - you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We will notify you as soon as possible.
