Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Redemption: Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase goods or services up to the value of the amount loaded on the card. If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Expiry Period: All gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian consumer law. The expiry date is clearly stated as part of your purchase, and unused balances will not be refunded or credited after this period.
• No Cash Exchange: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred for value. No cash refunds will be given for purchases made with a gift card.
• Single Transaction Use: Gift cards are valid for one (1) transaction only and must be used in full at the time of purchase. Any remaining balance will be forfeited.
• Postage Fees: If postage is required and sufficient funds remain on the gift card after purchasing goods, the cost of postage can be deducted from the gift card balance. If the balance is insufficient, postage must be paid separately.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Madam Lampshade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash, as it cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. We recommend keeping your gift card secure at all times.
• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased, except as required by Australian consumer law.
• Fraud Prevention: Madam Lampshade reserves the right to cancel or refuse a gift card if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms.
• Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of gift card purchase will apply.
