At Madam Lampshade, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time 

• Ready to ship lampshades: dispatched within 2–5 business days
• Handmade to order lead time: 2-3 weeks (promotional periods 2-6 weeks)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Western Australia - A flat rate of $25.00 applies to all WA orders. Estimated delivery is 2–8 business days from dispatch.

Australia-wide - (all other states & territories) A flat rate of $39.99 applies to all interstate orders. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from dispatch.

Lampshade Kits - A flat rate of $15.95 applies to all lampshade kit orders Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from dispatch.

Workshops & Gift Cards - Delivered digitally - no waiting required.

Tracking - All orders are dispatched via courier and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery & Collection Options - If you are not home at the time of delivery, you have two options:

• Authority to Leave (ATL) - if you would like your parcel left in a safe place, please include this instruction in the notes section at checkout.
• Courier hub collection - if no ATL is provided, a card will be left in your letterbox with details on how to collect your parcel from your nearest courier hub.

Remote & Regional Areas - Customers in remote areas including Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, and Tasmania should be aware that delivery timeframes may be extended. For any queries regarding delivery to remote locations, please contact us before placing your order at hello@madamlampshade.com.au

Fragile Items - Our lampshades are handmade and delicate. We pack every order with great care; however, we recommend inspecting your parcel upon arrival and contacting us immediately if any damage has occurred in transit.
